For the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Great Texas Birding Classic I got to do a couple of cool thing. One I wrote an article for TPWD Magazine. Two I got to have Katy McAfee ride along with us for a couple of hours while we were on the GTBC so she could do a report about the event. We had a great time together and she developed a very nice piece for KUT Radio- Austin’s NPR Station.
