Join the founding women of the Texas Master Naturalist program for a special panel discussion exploring the history, growth, and lasting impact of this unique volunteer conservation network. The conversation will be moderated by Jennifer Bristol, author of Wild Women for Good: Stories of Conservation in Texas, which features the inspiring story behind the creation of the Texas Master Naturalist program and the remarkable women who helped make it possible. Learn firsthand about the program’s origins, its commitment to conservation and sustainability, and its continued influence across Texas. The panel will conclude with an audience Q&A, providing plenty of opportunity to hear personal stories and ask questions of the pioneering women who helped shape the program.
