Cemetery Birding at Wild Birds Unlimited- Cypress
October 18, 2025 @ 12:00 am - 12:00 pm
In an age of distractions and disconnection, cemeteries create a sense of place where visitors can reconnect with nature while exploring the cultural history of a region. For bird watchers, cemeteries offer easy walking, open spaces to peer into habitats, and a peaceful place to feel the breeze and listen to the quiet conversations of nature.Come listen to Jennifer Bristol, author of “Cemetery Birding”, as she hightlights how it’s important to treat these resources respectfully and some of the birds seen on her adventures.
